Return & Refund Policy

• We will gladly accept any unused, unworn, unwashed product with original tags & packing within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
• If the product is faulty, the customer will ship the product back to us on we will repair if we can not repair then you will get NEW PRODUCT, we will bear the shipping cost.
• If you are not satisfied with the product, or changed you mind regarding the product, you can return in to back to us, we will issue you a original product price exchange code (customer will bear the shipping cost) which you can use to buy any product on our store, valid upto 7 days. However, if you are not willing for the exchange code and want a refund, we would charge 30% amount + Shipping for our packing and services, moreover, customer will bear shipping cost.
